2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You confirm that our Trial software works correctly, but the Product software does not work on the same data, machine, and circumstance.
  • You cannot use the Product software completely with your data. e.g., crashing when using your data.
  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase.

2.2. Refunds may not be available if:

  • We cannot reproduce the unusable of the Product software, e.g. You do not offer the data and/or condition to reproduce.
  • The refund is requested after 14 days from purchase.
  • The software key or license has been shared or transferred.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you need to contact our customer support team. Please provide your order number and reason for the refund. Then follow the instructions provided by our support team if we accept the refund.
